Escalera Landscaping Inc. is a Las Vegas-based lawn care and landscaping services business founded by Juan Escalera in 1999. We offer a wide range of services, including irrigation services, landscaping, tree pruning, and welding services, to meet various landscaping needs. We have grown to provide jobs to over 200 employees and services over 300 properties. Owner
Juan Escalera Sr.
Juan Escalera founded the company in 1999, after working for his older brother in California. Once well versed in the trade, with a kickstart from his brother and lots of passion he branched off and started this company that now provides jobs to over 250 employees.
Field Supervisor
Roberto Vera
With over 20 years of experience and with the company for over 10 years, Roberto is a true asset to us. He is knowledgeable in all the services we provide, and the right-hand to Juan Escalera. He is known to be the biggest workaholic in the company, and we value him for it. Roberto is from the beautiful state of Guanajuato in Mexico. Married to his childhood crush for over 25 years now, and has (2) beautiful daughters, he enjoys going to soccer games in his personal time. Fun Fact: He is the biggest fan of the soccer team Club America.
Junior Field Supervisor
Jeremias Hidalgo
One of our youngest in the company, and from the ground up supervisor. Jeremias started off as a crew landscaper, and rapidly caught the eye of Roberto who took him under his wing, and became his mentor, Jeremias now has over 6 years of experience in the field and is one if not the most enthusiastic at his job. He is always looking to learn the next best thing to provide the best service to our customers. Jeremias is from Guatemala and in his free time he enjoys playing soccer. Fun Fact: He loves discovering new places to eat for lunch.
Welding Supervisor
Juan Escalera Jr.
Our newest supervisor who oversees our welding team is a longtime soccer player, who has two beautiful children and his wife who is also part of our office team. He was born in Los Angeles but raised in Las Vegas. The proudest Golden Knights fan. He has seen this company grow from day one and is always implementing fresh and innovative ideas.
Fun Fact: He is the son of Juan Escalera
